ONLINE, NATIONAL and INTERNATIONAL ORDERING

If you are interested in purchasing a Gwendolynne design however not near one of our stockists, we would still be thrilled to create certain designs directly from Melbourne for you.

If you can't visit us in person to be measured in a gown, you would be required to provide us with your measurements and have the dress altered locally. You would also be required to pay for and manage all the additional freight, duties, insurances etc. We always encourage a phone chat to discuss these options.

Ideally our lead-time for most of our designs 6 months plus the time required at your end to make any alterations. However there are a select number of designs we can create within a smaller time frame or/and if the timing falls in a period where our studio can manage the additional order. Feel free to contact us to discover which gowns can be created in shorter periods of time..

For direct orders, it is expected the following alterations may also be required by your tailor:

-Strap alteration
-Back neck clasp alteration (if applicable)
-Hem (we ALWAYS cut too long, allowing dress to be altered to the correct length at your end, which also -accommodates for deciding on shoes. The excess of your hem can be used to wrap the bottom of your bouquet.)
-Steaming/Pressing

For gowns ordered without fittings, we leave excess allowance in the seams, making it easier for adjustments to be made when you receive it.

Below is a size guide to help you decide what size to order and also where to measure yourself. If you don't see your size please contact us and we can forward more measurements as we are happy to craft a gown for you in split sizing.

These are the following measurements we require to create your gown :
